MECHANICAL- This Dakota has been through our 160 point inspection and has been serviced, replaced O2 sensor and aligned it. It does have check engine light on for P0430 code catalytic converter and is being sold that way. Click on the Carketa box to see an inspection report.
WARRANTY- It comes with a 3 month/3000 mile drivetrain warranty. Ask for details. If you would like more coverage we offer a 24 mo/24,000 mile and 36 mo/36,000 mile exclusionary service contract. Buy with piece of mind that you will be covered on almost all breakdowns. Ask for details.
EXTERIOR- The body is in good shape . It does have some hail on the roof and hood. The box has some rust over the wheels. See the video for an up close inspection.
INTERIOR- The interior is in great shape with no issues. It has been
detailed and very clean.
TEST DRIVE- We personally test drive our vehicles so we know what they drive like. I have drove this one 40 miles and it drives great. The is a smooth running engine and this one drives down the road nice and straight.
HISTORY- A two owner from South Dakota. Originally a truck from the South Dakota fleet then we sold it locally and bought it back when the owner no longer needed it. According to Carfax it has No Accidents!

Not quite what I expected

I've only had the truck since November, so take this with a grain of salt. The truck is a bit over priced for the quality from what I see now that I own it. The interior is made with cheap plastic and looks very cheap. The outside is not bad though, looks wise that is. You can hear things rattle though as you drive down on the inside. The seats are comfortable, but the stereo is a bit far away and the cup holder is right under the shifter, so if you're not careful you'll spill your drink easily. The truck has almost no weight in the back and slides around far too much when it's wet or slippery, so you have to drive more cautiously than any other truck I've ever driven. I have the 6 cylinder, which is a big mistake. It's has the power I need, but the gas mpg is awful! I'm very worried about this truck giving me issues down the road, but thankfully Dodge has a 100K power train warranty. The truck has already cut off on me while backing up, so I'm very concerned about issues, considering I am only at 10K miles. Overall, I would probably not recommend this truck and I would instead spend the same amount of money on a better quality Chevy or Ford. - 5.0

THIS DODGE DAKOTA QUAD CAB IS THE PERFECT SIZE, I OWNED A 2002 DODGE DAKOTA SLT PLUS CREW CAB 2-WHEEL-DRIVE WITH THE 3.9 V-6 FOR 10 YEARS AND LOVED IT. AT 150,000 MILES ON THE ODOMETER I TRADED IT FOR THE 2011 RAM DAKOTA. I WISH DODGE STILL MANUFACTURED THE RAM DAKOTA. THE DAKOTA HAS A LOT MORE INTERIOR ROOM THAN THE GMC CANYON AND CHEVROLET COLORADO, AND THE DAKOTA HAS A LONGER BED. GREAT TO DRIVE.
