FOUR-BY Motor Co is pleased to offer this very rare Centurion Converted 1996 Ford F150 XLT. Ford Motor Company never produced a crew cab F150 so Centurion Conversions manufactured a small number of them. This is one of the most rare 90’s old body style pickups. This truck spent its entire life out west and has been well maintained. It is a blast to drive and handles very well. We are so used to the F250 crew cab short beds but this thing handles and rides so much better. Crew cab short beds are highly desirable and sought after due to their versatility, bed size and seating for 6. There will not be too many opportunities to buy one of these so don’t hesitate if you are interested. It has the iconic 5.8L V8 that starts right up and idles smoothly. It has plenty of power coming from the V8 and the automatic transmission shifts strongly. The 4 wheel drive works well. It has a 4” suspension lift kit that rides and handles well. It has 35” BFGoodrich KO2 tires mounted on factory 15” Alcoa wheels. This is a great running and driving truck that was a daily driver for its previous owners during the last 7 years of ownership in a small town. The interior is in excellent condition. The seats are in very good condition for their age and are very comfortable. The carpet is in good shape. The dash and door panels are in great condition. This is a great truck with a very clean and functioning interior. There is room for the whole family to fit comfortably. We do have a matching Leer topper for sale that would fit this truck. The exterior is in good condition. The clear that was used by Centurion is known for failing and there are multiple areas on the passenger side of the truck that are experiencing this. The truck appears to be all original, and very straight. It is very presentable and would be great as a driver. It definitely could use a new paint job though. The bed is in great condition and has a spray in bed liner. The undercarriage is very clean and solid. This is an incredible truck that offers a unique option not offered by Ford.
