FOUR-BY Motor Co is pleased to offer this classic 1984 Ford F250 XLT. This is a great looking 80’s Ford pickup. We are selling it as a project truck as we do not have time to address its few issues. The truck runs and drives great but is running off an auxiliary tank under the hood due to there being an issue with the fuel system somewhere in the tanks. This is a perfect candidate for a light restoration. The truck has a great stance to it, runs great and has the right engine. With some body work and the fuel system repaired this could be a very coveted piece of Ford pickup history. It has the iconic 6.9L Diesel engine that starts right up and idles smoothly. It runs out very strong with the transmission shifting strongly. The 4 wheel drive works properly. Seems to be a very sound truck mechanically other than the fuel tank issue. The interior is in very nice condition. Everything seems to work as it should. It has an incredible vintage look to it. The seat appears to have been reupholstered at some point. This is a really cool truck to drive. The exterior is in good condition. The truck was repainted some time ago. The truck spent its entire life out west keeping it mostly rust free. It does however have rust in the cab corners, a little in the rockers. It also has some along the bottom of the bedside in the portion behind the rear wheels. The floors, doors, body mounts, and bed support crossmembers are all in great rust free condition. We are not sure why it has rust in the places it does.
