Welcome to the auction of our restored, highly modified 1991 Chevy Suburban on Fourbie Exchange. This 7th generation Suburban was the subject of a recent frame-off restoration that included a frame disassembly and refinishing, and a full a powertrain and mechanical rebuild. As you'll see in the detailed photo gallery, you could eat off of the underside of this vehicle and not a speck of rust can be found! It was subsequently refinished in an insanely durable Rhino Liner coating and given all of the modifications needed to get (and stay) far off the grid. It all comes together to create the perfect vehicle to ride off into the sunset when the end of days is near. This is an incredible truck, and we're excited about finding its next caretaker. We'll stand by to answer any questions you might have about this rig.Â
- Kennith, Paramount Classic Cars & Trucks
- This one-of-a-kind 1991 Chevrolet Suburban underwent a comprehensive, professional overland conversion completed by Paramount Classic Cars and Trucks. During the process, the frame and undercarriage was sandblasted, and the powertrain rebuilt.
- Power comes from a Chevy 350 ci. V8 mated to a 4-speed 700R4 automatic and two-speed transfer case. It offers manual locking hubs and replacement front and rear axles. The engine has been extensively modified with quality upgrades including Edelbrock E-Street aluminum cylinder heads, COMP Cams, Edelbrock AVS2 carburetor, Edelbrock valve covers, Taylor 8mm wires, GM HEI distributor, dual exhaust, and stainless steel Shorty headers.
- Additional mechanical service and upgrades include new brakes, leaf springs, ball joints, hoses, steering linkages, driveshaft u-joints, steering box, fuel tank and lines, radiator, starter, and alternator.
- The exterior is finished in black Rhino Lining and is complemented by off-road gear like a custom-made removable roof rack, four-person roof top tent, 10,000 lb. Smittybilt winch, front and rear MOVE bumpers, custom spare tire carrier, custom exterior paneling for freshwater cans, axe, and shovel, rear ladder, LED spotlights, custom bug shield, 15 in. wheels, and Nexen Roadian A/T tires.
- The interior offers vinyl flooring, heavy-duty black vinyl seats, new black headliner, power windows with new actuators, motors, and switches, power locks, custom diamond-plated and aluminum trim, custom switch panel to operate exterior lighting, BOSS radio, new front and rear speakers, and air conditioning.
- This rig comes with a clean South Carolina title and one set of keys.
