UPGRADES

All work performed by 5 Star tuning in South Carolina and Ciocca Ford in Souderton, PA

The upgrades chosen maximize the efficiency of the vehicle while adding to its performance.
It is also important to note that Ford’s safety specs have stayed in place including max RPM 6100, Max PSI from turbos 21psi etc.

HP Tuner unit with 5 tunes loaded (full flex fuel and straight fuel tunes included)

This Raptor is now full flex fuel up to full e85. Tune files are available down to 91 octane without ethanol.

No mixing or testing of ethanol is needed. True flex fuel means the raptor will adjust to whatever amount of ethanol is in it at the time.

Forced Induction:

• Two brand new 2018 Ford turbos w/ CRP Stage 5 8-Blade Turbine Upgraded 46mm/50mm high-end ceramic bearings

Intake/Cooling:

• AFE dual air filter and pipe intake with crossover balance pipe
• AFE hot pipes to turbos and cold side pipe
• Mishimoto intercooler
• Turbosmart electronic blow-off valve integrated into tunes
• AMS feed pipe to engine from Mishimoto intercooler
• 165* Coolant Thermostat

Exhaust:

• CRP upgraded cnc ported exhaust manifolds full bore manifold set
• SPD performance high flow catted downpipes
• SPD performance turbo adaptors Spacers Larger opening allowing free flowing exhaust
• SPD turbo adaptor install kit

• UPR dual valve catch-can, vapor from driver and passenger sides.
• All tunes are on the HP tuner (including 4-5 tunes FULL FLEX FUEL TUNES INCLUDING A STOCK TUNE FLEX FUEL)

Brakes:

• Wilwood big brake kits for front and rear
• 6 piston front
• 6 piston rear
• All 2 pc hats and rotors
• Added Stainless braided lines

Wheels & Tires:

• Vorsteiner 20″ Venom Rex VR-601 Forged wheels (set of 5)
• Tires BFG KO2 20 X 35 X 10.5

Truck Bed:

• Retrax Pro electric tonneau cover with two remotes
• Full bed rug in bed

Lighting:

• Front Triple SD units in front (uses upfitter 1,2,3 )
• Baja Designs Rear accessory reverse lights lights
• KC HiLites Triple Accessory Fog Lights

Fluids & Misc:

• All fluids were changed regardless of mileage at 13500 miles prior to any Tuning and HP upgrades
• Including all diffs, transfer cases, coolant etc
• Oil changes performed using FULL Synthetic Motorcraft oil at a minimum annually or less.
• New Motorcraft battery January 2024

Cam Phaser recall:

• Completed summer of 2021 using the latest cam phasers
• Phasers installed by Ciocca Ford Souderton
• All chains, all chain guides, tensioner units, lower sprocket

Miscellaneous:

• Icon ll front leveling kit 1.5″ plus top plate ½”
• Weather Tech wheel well liners all four corners for rock-throwing protection.
• Weather Tech mud flaps all four corners
• Ford Performance 12 bolt heavy-duty differential cover with cooling fins and dual fill level
