In 2013, Mercedes-Benz unveiled what they described as “the most effortlessly superior and extravagant off-roader ever developed”: the G63 AMG 6×6. Measuring twenty feet long, weighing 9,000lb and showing off six wheels driven by AMG’s 544hp V8, the car was not anything the world had seen before or since. Equipped with five differentials which can lock on the move and a dedicated tire pressure control system per the 6×6, just over 100 units were built between 2013 and 2015, making it one of the most exclusive and expensive Mercedes-Benz models ever produced for the consumer market.

For those wanting a seat at the VIP table, say no more. Here comes the Brabus B63S-700 6×6. Unveiled at the 2013 lAA Motor Show in Frankfurt, only thirty examples are believed to exist. Technical upgrades included custom Brabus spec turbochargers with a larger compressor, gold heat reflection sheeting around the intakes, new charge-air pipes to lower the temperature, high-performance catalysts with 75 mm downpipes for lower back pressure, a Brabus stainless-steel exhaust with butterfly valves to control the sound of the twin sidepipes, and a custom Brabus ECU program. The result was a 156hp increase in power to 700hp and an increase in torque between 2,000 and 4,500 pm from 561lb-ft to a massive 708lb-ft., enabling the car to reach 100 km/h from standstill in just 7.4 seconds.

The B635-700 essentially differentiated from the standard 6×6 with a new Brabus grille with the traditional ‘B’ in the center, a custom front spoiler with integrated LED driving lights, matte carbon fiber air vents and intakes on top of the engine cover, a guard plate on the bottom of the front bumper and headlights integrating turn signals which allowed the large Mercedes units on top of the front fenders to be deleted.

While the interior of the factory 6×6 was already luxurious, Brabus took it a step further by reupholstering the seats, door panels, floor and headliner with finer quality leather and more detailed stitching while installing Brabus-specific stainless steel door entry plates, illuminated kick-plates and aluminum pedals. Finally, the wood paneling in the rear cab of the standard car was replaced with finer quality lacquered wood from Brabus.

This Brabus B63S-700 was purchased and delivered in Dubai in December 2013 optioned in black/red from the factory by the original owner. In August of 2015, after receiving special permission from Mercedes Benz, it was repainted in Mercedes Benz “Designo Mystic Blue”. It is fully federalized and certified under U.S. Show or Display regulations.
