When I bought this Super Duty in Dallas, TX, it had 14K miles. I believe it came from California before that. I ordered the 4WD Conversion package from UJoint Off Road and had all of the components shipped to a local 4WD shop where the 4X4 conversion was professionally completed.

I installed aluminum bullet style wheels and 35″ BFG MT tires. I upgraded the headlights, added the fender flares and put on a winch bumper with a 17,000 lb Sherpa Winch on the front.

The axles are Dana 60 with 4:56 Yukon Gears, and I added an OX rear locker. The transmission was sent to the transmission shop to be adapted to accept the remanufactured NV271 transfer case that was included in the package. The shop went through the transmission and replaced all seals etc. The kit included a stage 3 Dana 60 front axle with new brake calipers, drilled and slotted rotors and new pads. The package also included four new leaf spring packs, four new Fox 2.0 shocks, and all the miscellaneous brackets and hardware to complete the installation.

The van has 26K miles on it now and 2600 of it since the conversion.

I have installed an ARB twin on board air compressor, two – Renogy 100 Ah house batteries, a Renogy DC to DC battery charger with solar charge capability, and a Renogy 3000W power inverter. The floor now has sound mat and foam insulation and vinyl plank flooring.

I also have many/most of the components to finish the interior of the van, including insulation, cedar panel boards, water tank, water pump, sink, faucet, ICECO refrigerator/freezer, 12V rooftop A/C unit and more. All of these are negotiable.
