The S110 Hijet is the 8 generation of Daihatsu Kei Truck. The eighth generation started in January of 1994 and nearly a year later it was already a cult classic. The Daihatsu brand is well known for small cars built to the same great quality control as its parent company Toyota is known for. Like Toyotas large trucks the Daihatsu small trucks are also known for being tough and reliable. This truck was originally used by the Hodosan shrine near Nagatoro Japan.

This Daihatsu is blessed with only 26,324 original miles and a fairly clean interior and exterior considering its age. This Hijet is mechanically fantastic starting with its carbonated 3 cylinder EF/ES engines and 5 speed manual transmission. Both are easy to use and well kept. The Carbureted 660cc engine produces 45 HP wile getting a great 42mpg. The S110 Hijet comes with an easy-to-use push button 4wd with a Hi/Low selector t-case. This unit also has a rear locker option great for ultimate traction on slick surfaces. The crowning jewel of this HIJET is the Liftgate. This Daihatsu comes with a lift gate that can lift 750 lbs. The liftgate is easy to operate and has safety features to protect the user and the vehicle. The Liftgate has a oversized tapered platform that folds up when not in use. The unit is also hydraulically driven.

The cabin is clean and cold with its Air conditioning. Headliner, door cars and window visors are perfect. The window wipers also have a secondary speed controller for finetuning wiper speed on those rainy days. The defroster and cozy heater will keep you warm. This vehicle is equipped with the factory stereo and console cubby.
