Starting with a new, hot-dipped galvanized chassis, this handsome off-the-frame restoration was completed by our talented team of master craftsmen in November 2021. With only 5,589 miles on the odometer, the venerable 6.2L Corvette LS3 V8 provides more than ample forward motivation, while the smooth-shifting 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a Camaro-style gear selector mated to a heavy-duty, center differential lock-equipped LT230 transfer case distributes constant power to all four wheels, ensuring as much of the 430+ horsepower and 425+ pound-feet of ground-punishing torque makes it to the ground as possible. Exhaust exits through performance Borla® mufflers with dual twin-outlets and powerful disc brakes at all four corners ensure stopping is quiet, safe, quick, and efficient.

The upgraded, heavy-duty front and rear axles are located by slightly-taller-than-stock Terrafirma® Pro Sport springs, along with heavy-duty Terrafirma® shocks, Terrafirma® caster-corrected front and cranked rear radius arms, track rod, drag link, and Terrafirma® steering damper, all protected by a heavy-duty aluminum front skid plate. It rides on 265/70R18 Cooper® Discoverer® AT3 all-terrain tires wrapped around authoritative, gloss black 18-inch “Sawtooth” alloy wheels.

Adding new life to this classic, the new body panels, finished in quintessential Keswick Green with matching wheel arches and trim, were carefully mated to the chassis once back from our in-house body and paint shop. The contrasting Santorini Black Metallic hardtop with smooth, modern, deep-tinted Masai® side glass with vent window sections matches the black anodized door, bonnet, and windscreen hinges to complement the overall color scheme. The front end was also updated with a color-matched SVX-style premium grille and light surrounds, with gloss black side intake, and forced air wing top vents. The front bumper encompasses twin LED running lamps, while the tubular rear step bumper houses the rearview camera and is equipped with a 2″ hitch receiver, jacking/recovery points, and trailer wiring harness. A heavy-duty swing-away rear tire carrier neatly finishes the tail end.

“Fire & Ice”-style side steps assist with ingress to the ultra-luxurious passenger cabin where, behind a dark wood-rimmed steering wheel with stainless spokes, you’ll find a modern-style, leather-wrapped dash which provides excellent heating and air conditioning, ensuring the occupants are comfortable year-round. The sumptuously-appointed interior is replete with contrasting, diamond-stitched, Chocolate leather-upholstered heated front sport seats, and the two forward-facing, high-back, stowable rear seats with matching upholstery provide the ultimate in flexibility — seating for additional friends and family or true utilitarian cargo space. To anchor the interior design theme, the headliner and door cards are also upholstered in matching, diamond-stitched leather. Heavy-duty rubber floor mats protect the fully-carpeted front and rear footwells, and the leather-clad custom center console accommodates a deep storage cubby, as well as a wireless fast-charging pad for mobile devices, USB charging points, and aluminum cup holders. For those extra-frosty mornings, the front windscreen is also heated.

Infotainment is furnished by a Jensen® touch-screen head unit with Apple Car Play® and Android Auto®, Bluetooth®, SiriusXM®, and USB music streaming capabilities surrounded by the piano black center fascia, and complemented by a rich-sounding Rockford Fosgate® 8-speaker array. The front windows are power-operated, and the Viper® keyless entry and remote starting provide security and convenience.
