cleanThe van has been updated with new brakes front and rear, including front rotors, front calipers, and rear drums, along with new rear wheel cylinders and fresh rubber brake lines at both ends. All four tires were replaced, and it also received a front-end alignment. The exhaust system was renewed from the catalytic converter back. Cooling system work includes a new water pump, radiator, radiator hoses and clamps, heater hoses and clamps, and a thermostat. The belts for the power steering, alternator, and water pump were replaced as well. The alternator and starter were both installed new rather than rebuilt. The ignition system was refreshed with new spark plugs, plug wires, and a distributor cap, along with a new PCV valve. Additional under-hood updates include an oil sending unit and a heater blower motor.
Interior and electrical work includes new dash light bulbs, a new left-side door-dome switch, and new door seals for the right-side and second-row doors. The rear camera system works through a monitor that can be switched on or off for reviewing rear traffic. The van also features a trailer hitch and trailer-brake controller. Other practical upgrades include new wiper blades, a Diamond Plate step panel on both front doors and the second-row side door, a windshield-washer pump, and a transmission motor mount.
Inside, the van carries several conversion-style touches. The air-conditioning unit was replaced blows ice cold. An oak dash cup holder and an oak removable free-standing table are included. The front and second-row seat belts are new, and all four captain's chairs have been reupholstered. Additional lighting was added to the footwell area with a three-light setup tied to a toggle switch. The bumper marker lights and front bumper guards are recent as well.
