This is a turn-key, fully up to date on maintenance, fuel-injected, Honda ACTY Van. My exporter had this for a couple years in Kawaguchi, Japan, where he had the following work completed:

Timing Belt & Water Pump
Ignition tune up including spark plugs, cap, and rotor
All fluids including Transmission and Engine Oil, as well as coolant due to the water pump job
New tires mount and balanced on the Alloy wheels
new brake pads and rotors
new accessory belts
new engine mounts were installed during the timing belt job as well, as they come off for that job
Paint work on the sun faded roof

With just under 52,000 kilometers or 33,000 miles, this ACTY should go well over 150k KM with basic oil changed/normal maintenance. You could buy one of these for less and probably be into it over our price once you had a competent shop perform all of this work. Save some money in the long run buy purchasing a dialed vehicle.
