It has been updated for daily-driver and weekend use while keeping the look of the era. It’s finished in two-tone blue over a black interior and sits a couple of inches higher than stock on 35-inch tires.
Power comes from a 5.7L (350) V8 with a Holley carburetor on an Edelbrock intake manifold, a well-regarded pairing for throttle response and drivability. The truck is 4x4 with 3.08 gearing, which suits relaxed highway cruising, and the larger tires make the most of that ratio.
The stance and chassis updates are practical. A lift of a couple of inches gives room for newer 35-inch Cooper Evolution M/T tires, which measure 19/32 tread depth, mounted on 15-inch wheels. Rough Country steering stabilizers help keep the steering settled with the bigger tire package. Braking is handled by disc brakes at all four corners, fitted with new pads.
Inside, the black interior has a newer bench seat and newer carpet. A wooden steering wheel adds a period-appropriate touch, and Dakota Digital gauges give the driver modern, easy-to-read instrumentation. An aftermarket Bluetooth radio covers music and calls without cutting into the dash. It’s a clean, usable 1967 K10 for someone who wants vintage Chevy truck character with modern conveniences.
