This 1976 Ford F-250 Ranger "Highboy" is a refurbished, mostly-original example of one of Ford's most legendary 4x4 trucks. Finished in its factory-ordered maroon over a black vinyl and velour interior, this Highboy stands tall with the signature factory lift, powered by a 360ci V8, New Process 436 4-speed manual, and divorced NP205 dual-range transfer case. It comes equipped with factory A/C, power steering, power brakes, a sliding rear window, and a Dana 60 limited-slip rear axle. With a clean Texas title, a clean NMVTIS history, and no notable mechanical issues, this is a turn-key classic that's ready for the trails or the show field.

  • Factory-Lifted "Highboy" Pedigree:  Produced only until mid-1977, the Highboy nickname was given to F-250 4x4s like this one, which came with a higher ride height to accommodate their divorced transfer cases. Unique driveline geometry and heavy-duty components like the NP205 case, Dana 60 rear axle, and HD leaf springs made these trucks the off-road workhorses of their day.
