Porsche Cayenne S: Luxury SUV With Offroad Abilities.
The Porsche Cayenne is a mid-sized luxury SUV built by Porsche and sold in the United States starting in 2003. It has the distinction of being the first V8-engined vehicle built by Porsche since the highly underrated 928, the first offroad vehicle since its Super and Junior tractors of the 1950s, and the first Porsche with four doors. This rig is a second-generation Porsche Cayenne, officially labeled the 958, which went on sale in the United States as a 2011 model.
The second gen Cayenne grew in size over its predecessors, but got lighter by over 550 lbs through extensive use of aluminum and magnesium. It got more aerodynamic, too, having a more slanted rear window, a less upright windshield, a more sloping roofline, and even headlights inspired by the Carrera GT (swoon). This particular model is a Cayenne S, which boasts a more powerful engine capable of 400 horsepower and 369 torques–plenty to power you through whatever tough terrain you traverse.
