- AEV DualSport Suspension: The foundation of the build is an AEV 3.5 in. DualSport RS suspension system paired with Bilstein 5160 remote-reservoir shocks. The Jeep rides on 37 in. BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires mounted to Ballistic Morax wheels, giving it substantially more clearance and tire than stock while using a suspension package engineered as a complete system rather than a collection of unrelated components.
- Built Axles & Gearing: The axle work goes well beyond accommodating larger tires. Up front, the Dana 30 has been upgraded with Dynatrac ball joints, Reid Racing knuckles, welded gussets, a 1350 J.E. Reel driveshaft, and 4.56 gearing. The rear Dana 44 receives G2 Placer Gold Series 35-spline axle shafts, matching 4.56 gears, and an ARB Air Locker. An AEV differential skid and Poison Spyder differential covers provide additional protection underneath.
- Upgraded Steering System: Steering components have been addressed with Steer Smarts YETI XD hardware, including an adjustable track bar, tie rod, and drag link. Steer Smarts sway bar links, an EVO sway bar disconnect, and a Hellwig rear sway bar further round out the chassis upgrades, giving the Jeep hardware designed to work with its increased ride height and 37 in. tires.
- Armor & Recovery: Poison Spyder equipment is used extensively throughout the exterior, including front and rear Crusher flares, front inner fenders, Brawler Rockers/rock sliders, and the rear bumper. Up front is an XRC stubby bumper carrying a WARN ZEON 10-S winch with synthetic rope. The rear bumper is paired with an AEV tire carrier and 10-gallon fuel caddy, while Hard Rock underbody skid plates add protection underneath.
- Trail-Ready Details: An ARB twin air compressor is plumbed to the front bumper and supports the rear air locker, while an sPOD six-switch system manages auxiliary electrical equipment. Other additions include a full interior and exterior LED conversion, underhood lighting, AEV Heat Reduction Hood with BOLT locking system, Pedal Commander throttle controller, aftermarket exhaust, full window tint, and wiring for a HAM radio. BESTOP accessories including a Bikini Top and tonneau cover are included, along with Warrior Products half tube doors.
There are plenty of lifted JK Unlimiteds, but this build goes considerably deeper than wheels, tires, and suspension. The axle strengthening, 4.56 gears, rear ARB locker, heavy-duty steering, upgraded driveshaft, sway bar hardware, armor, onboard air, recovery equipment, and supporting chassis components form a much more complete package. It also has unusually strong documentation for a modified Jeep: CARFAX shows a long service history dating back to new, including repeated maintenance inspections and oil changes.
