This 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD, known as the Alpha Alaskan, is Official Build No. 001 from Heiden Norse Customs, representing the first complete showcase build from the Pennsylvania-based custom shop. Offered by private party in Springfield, Pennsylvania, it shows approximately 14,500 miles and has roughly 300 hours invested in its design, installation, testing, and refinement. Built around Chevrolet’s 6.6L gasoline V8, Allison 10-speed automatic transmission, and 4x4 drivetrain, the Alpha Alaskan adds a fully adjustable 6 in. suspension lift, 37 in. tires, extensive underbody protection, upgraded bumpers, a 12,000-lb winch, dual-battery electrical system, auxiliary lighting, modular cargo systems, and a James Baroud Nova rooftop tent.

Despite the mileage accumulated during its build and development, the truck has never been used for camping or extended expedition travel and has not seen heavy off-road use. Its off-pavement mileage has been limited to light testing and evaluation of the completed systems. The result is a professionally built and thoroughly sorted overland platform that remains essentially fresh for its next owner.

Reasonable offers will be considered.
  • Build No. 001: The Alpha Alaskan carries special significance as Heiden Norse Customs’ Official Build No. 001. Approximately 300 hours went into developing, installing, testing, and refining the truck as a demonstration of what the company could create. Rather than simply assembling a collection of aftermarket parts, HNC used the truck to develop and sort the complete system before offering it for sale.
  • Adjustable 6 In. Suspension: The Silverado now rides on a 6 in. fully adjustable suspension system designed to accommodate different configurations for off-road driving, street use, and towing. It is paired with 37 in. off-road tires on 18 in. wheels, while custom powder-coated skid protection adds coverage underneath the truck.
  • Complete Recovery Setup: Westin bumpers are fitted front and rear, with the front bumper housing a Smittybilt 12,000-lb winch. Front and rear recovery provisions complement the setup, while extensive auxiliary lighting covers the roof, hood, bumpers, bed, wheel wells, and surrounding camp area.
  • Modular Overland System: A Dometic / Front Runner Slimline II rack, Rhino-Rack Pioneer platform, modular bed-rack system, and premium James Baroud Nova clamshell rooftop tent provide the foundation for camping and cargo storage. BuiltRight Industries MOLLE and organization systems are incorporated throughout the build, while removable rack components and a convertible canvas topper/tonneau configuration allow the truck to be adapted for different uses.
  • Built To Keep Evolving: Although comprehensively modified, the Alpha Alaskan was intentionally designed to remain modular. The next owner can run it as currently configured or further tailor the truck around overlanding, towing, camping, recovery, or recreational use. Additional modifications and equipment can also be negotiated through Heiden Norse Customs upon request.
Being first matters with a build like this. The Alpha Alaskan isn't simply another Silverado assembled from an aftermarket parts catalog; it is the truck Heiden Norse Customs used to establish and demonstrate its approach to building a heavy-duty overland platform. That also helps explain its approximately 14,500 miles. This truck was driven, tested, and refined rather than immediately sent out on extended expeditions. It has never been used for camping, has not seen heavy off-road use, and is now being offered essentially fresh for its first owner to actually use as an overland vehicle. Its modular design is another advantage. The heavy-duty Silverado foundation, adjustable suspension, recovery equipment, electrical system, cargo organization, and premium tent are already in place, while the truck still leaves room for an owner to personalize the build rather than inherit someone else's highly specific travel setup.
