This 1975 Ford F-250 Supercab Restomod is a stunning example of how vintage Ford style and modern GM performance can come together in one seriously capable custom truck. Completed in 2024, this build combines a 1975 F-250 body with the chassis and powertrain from a 2000 Chevrolet Suburban, blending classic American truck DNA with contemporary drivability, reliability, and comfort.

With just 900 miles since completion, this custom creation delivers the best of both worlds—old-school presence, new-school performance, and an attention to detail that puts it in a class of its own.
  • Modern Heart, Classic Shell: Power comes from a 5.3-liter V8 sourced from the donor Suburban, paired with a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission, an NP241 dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential. The drivetrain, including the transmission and transfer case, were fully rebuilt during the build, and the frame was shortened to match the classic Ford proportions. An aluminum driveshaft was also fitted to complete the modern powertrain setup.
  • Built to Handle: This custom F-250 rides on a 2-inch suspension lift with power steering, 17-inch KMC wheels, and BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Braking duties are handled by a four-wheel disc brake setup with a Wilwood brake proportioning valve, ensuring confident stopping power to match the truck’s upgraded performance.
  • Classic Bones, Late-Model Upgrades: The truck wears a fresh white repaint accented by chrome bumpers, a spray-on bedliner, and grille and headlights from a later-model Ford pickup. It retains the muscular stance of a 1970s workhorse while adding a modern edge that feels at home both on- and off-road.
This 1975 F-250 is a rare opportunity to own a freshly built, turn-key restomod that captures the essence of vintage Ford trucks while eliminating their biggest drawbacks. It offers the looks of a 1970s classic, the reliability and comfort of modern hardware, and the road manners of a contemporary 4x4—all wrapped up in a build with only 900 miles on the clock. For collectors, drivers, or off-road enthusiasts who appreciate the fusion of heritage and horsepower, this one-of-a-kind F-250 is ready to impress on every level.
