An Insanely Well-Done 1987 Chevy K5 Blazer Restomod.

As you can see by the copious amount of photos provided by the seller, this truck is a flawless restomod. In fact, it only has 1,500 miles on it since the restoration. In addition to a fresh coat of Lamborghini Gray paint with black accents and red striping, a powder coated frame and a gray Softtopper top, this K5 is modified to the nines.

Power comes from a 383 cubic inch V8 crate motor enhanced with MSD ignition components, and aftermarket intake manifold and air cleaner and stainless headers. All that power is put to the wheels through a four speed automatic transmission mated to a two speed transfer case.

The stance is set off by a suspension lift including new Bilstein shocks, which hang power assisted front disc brakes surrounded by 20” Moto Metal wheels and meaty 37” Nitto Trail Grappler M/T off-road tires.

And oh boy, the interior. This one has some of the coolest vintage leather seats I’ve ever seen in a Blazer. The dash is trimmed in matching leather, giving this rig a super-rich look. It features power everything and has floors with textured coating. The driver’s seat is a delightful place to be indeed.

Specs & Condition.

This is an awesome build by any measure. It’s high-performance, luxury, comfort, and off-road prowess all rolled into one. It’s in perfect condition, too, with only 1,500 miles on the build since restoration–just enough for a proper shake down. See below for a comprehensive list of everything that went into this build.

Of note for buyers from the Golden State: The truck cannot pass a California emissions test, therefore it cannot be sold to a California private party buyer. Sorry for your luck, Californians!
