cleanI'm no exception, but it's time to sell this one.... I was NOT the original owner, so can tell only what I know over the last 4 1/2 yrs and 26K miles while it's been in my driveway.
This sought after XJ with a manual transmission, bullet proof, final year 4.0 I6, and only slightly used 4WD Command Trac system appears to be mostly stock. UNMODIFIED.
I purchased as is, and seen in photos.
Stereo upgrade was replaced prior to my purchase but the original is boxed and included with this purchase.
Cloth seat coverings were replaced with black leather like material and in excellent condition.
All power systems work appropriately, motor runs strong, brakes good and no issues of concern currently that I can see, hear or feel with my minimal driving.
Carfax are available as is my personal maintenanc record including service receipts.
There is some visual, surface/cosmetic rust on random small areas around. I believe none are of major corrosion, merely reflective of eastern weather conditions.
My reasons for selling IS NOT due to mechanical failure, malfunction of componets or from damage.
This Classic Jeep Cherokee is in rare and amazing overall condition for it's year and milage. A true and obvious simple base ready to transform into a personal off road rig or just keep simple with maintenance for a lifetime.
