If you ever start to think Porsche can’t make a mean machine meant for mud, let us direct your attention right here. This is a 2009 Porsche Cayenne S from Euro Stable in Miami, FL, a gorgeous example with 103,900 miles available for the reasonable price of only $22,900. This thing will get downright dirty and will look damn delicious while doing it. 

The Porsche Cayenne debuted in North America in 2003 in North America to a reception that could only be described as tepid. If you know anything about Porschefiles (I am one, so I can say this), you know many of them have this annoying little genetic defect that causes them to patently reject anything that isn’t a rear engine flat 6 wearing a Carerra badge, so you can understand why they were a little iffy at first.

The Cayenne was the first V8-engined offering from Porsche since 1995, when the luxurious touring-coupe called the Porsche 928 was discontinued. It was also Porsche's first off-road vehicle since its days producing tractors back in the early 1900s. Oh, and while we’re covering firsts, it was also the first Porsche with four doors. 

The S, which is what this model represents, was powered by a 4.5L V8 engine with a dry-sump lubrication system and variable valve timing producing 340 horsepower and 310 lb⋅ft of torque. It went from 0–60 mph in a brisk 6.9 seconds and could reach up to 150mph on asphalt. Off of paved roads, it could do some stuff too. Those that weren’t afraid of taking their Cayenne off-road were in for a big treat, because it was plenty capable. Check out this video of a first gen being put through its paces.
