So imagine our glee when we first laid eyes on Paul's 2022 Jeep Gladiator Mojave: a well-apportioned build complete with quality equipment, masterful craftsmanship, and all the right details to make this one of the finest Gladiator overland builds on the market today - or maybe that we've seen. Period.
The Jeep Gladiator Mojave: The Perfect Off-Road Jeep.
If you need to get way, way off the grid in a hurry, you'd be hard pressed to find a better companion than the Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Of course, it comes with four-wheel drive and a two-speed transfer case. Power is derived from a 3.6L V6 good for 285 hp. and 260 lb.-ft. torque., which is articulated to the 850RE 8-speed automatic transmission. It's a desert trail-rated rig begging for whatever you have to throw at it.
Upgraded suspension comes standard on the Mojave with its FOX 2.5 in. shocks (vs. the 2.0 in. on the Rubicon) for superior fade prevention.
This build also features a Fabtech 3 in. Sport II lift with shock extensions, making this already-large Gladiator into a total behemoth. Further, the 33 in. factory tires have been dumped in favor of even larger 37 in. BF Goodrich KO2s, which are wrapping an excellent set of 17 in. Black Rhino Calico wheels.
But driving performance isn't all this Jeep Gladiator has to offer. Once you find your place under the stars, the GoFastCamper platform tent is built to accommodate two adults and a child.
It also rocks some an extremely well-integrated, custom-designed storage, galley, and kitchen, complete with cutting board and 50 liters of fridge and freezer capacity in the dual-control National Luna system.
