Finished in Orange Creamsicle two-tone paint over Italian leather, every component has been evaluated, upgraded, or replaced to create a vehicle that honors its 1972 roots while delivering modern capability.

At its heart lies Ford's Gen III 5.0-litre Coyote V8—the same powerplant found in contemporary Mustang GT models delivers 460 horsepower through a 10-speed automatic transmission. This modern drivetrain provides effortless power delivery, contemporary fuel efficiency, and the reliability expected of daily-driven vehicles.

Rather than refurbishing the original frame, Velocity commissioned a bespoke chassis from Roadster Shop, replacing the F-250's leaf spring suspension with an adjustable coil spring system featuring four-link setups front and rear. Dana 44 front and 66 rear axles provide robust capability, while Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes with Hydroboost assist deliver confidence in braking.

The cabin reflects Velocity's commitment to luxury without compromising character. Italian leather adorns the custom bench seat, door panels, and steering column. Digital gauges provide clear instrumentation with period-appropriate styling, whilst the touchscreen display integrates Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A premium Focal sound system and backup camera complete the modern amenities.

With just 783 miles, this F-250 remains in pristine condition, a thoroughly modern interpretation of American truck heritage that delivers performance and comfort impossible within period-original constraints.
