Title: Clean title in hand

Looking for the ultimate foundation for an overland rig, trail build, or budget winter wheeler? Up for grabs is a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, featuring the high-output 4.7L V8 engine.

As any Jeep enthusiast knows, 2004 is the holy grail year for the WJ generation. It represents the absolute final year of this legendary body style, meaning Jeep had ironed out all early production bugs. Most importantly, it is the last year of the durable, highly capable solid front and rear straight axle suspension before Jeep switched to independent front suspension in 2005.

We used this as a reliable daily driver up until recently. It is 100% driveable.

To ensure complete transparency for the next owner, we purchased a comprehensive AAA Maintenance Inspection report on 8/10, and the physical paperwork is ready for you to look over in person.

## The Good (Trail-Ready Foundation)

* Engine & Drivetrain: Strong 4.7L V8 paired with a smooth, perfect-shifting transmission. Zero transmission issues.

* Misfire Solved: A prior cylinder misfire was professionally resolved by correcting a spark plug gap and swapping out a coil. The engine idles a bit rough, but it hasn't broken down on me!

* Electrical: Just installed a brand-new Interstate battery and completely serviced/cleaned the terminals. Fires up instantly.

* Comfort & Luxury: Premium Limited trim. The heated, power front leather seats, all automatic power windows, CD Player and Radio work flawlessly.

* Recent Upgrades (2025): Brand-new rear hatch lift struts installed (hatch stays up perfectly) and a brand-new A/C blower motor.

* Running Gear: Brakes are healthy at 6mm front/rear. Tires have excellent tread depth at 8/32 all around with zero punctures or plugs.

## The Project Details (Why it’s priced at $1,400)

* DEQ & Tags: The tags are currently expired. It has a Check Engine Light throwing code P0051 (both upstream O2 sensors are dead). Swapping these simple, easily accessible sensors will clear the light so you can run it through DEQ.

* Bead Leak: The right rear tire has a very slow bead leak. The rubber itself is perfect—the leak is just due to minor factory chrome flaking on the wheel's inner rim lip. It just needs to be broken down, smoothed, and resealed.

* Windshield: Has a typical crack in the glass. It does not leak and we have driven it as-is for a long time.

* HVAC: While the blower motor is brand new, the A/C system requires mechanical troubleshooting to blow cold air.
* Fluids: It's due for a standard oil change and the front/rear differential fluids are dirty.

This is a premium, solid-axle V8 cruiser waiting for someone to clear a couple of sensors and turn it into an incredible rig.
