-Mechanically the Van is similar to its brothers, powered by a 3liter 1kzte turbocharged diesel And coupled to a 4-speed Automatic Transmission. The van smooth automatic is also fitted with Toyotas 4x4 system that provides the confidence needed for the PNW four seasons. These systems have been serviced right here at the JDMOFFROAD HQ. We fitted Japanese classic shinny Berg wheels and new Falcon AT4W off-road tires on them. Factory-mounted fog lights and headlights with HI/Low beams allow you to see the whole road and can easily lead you to your campsite. Toyota took this great combination and then added a fantastically sized camper options to the foundation. The long wheelbase and Super Whale Top are the largest placed onto the Hiace van.
It has seatbelts for 6 and could comfortably sleep 4. The two rear cabin bench seats swivel 360* and fold down for a sleeping setup. In addition panels can be deployed above to create a loft sleeping section. When configured face to face a table insert can be placed for card games or dining.
Complete working galley with fridge, Gas 2 burner stove, and sink are located in the rear, and are serviceable with the rear hatch open or shut. This Hiace has a complete Curtain kit even for the 2 Wing Window skylights. There are also 2 screen inserts for those hot days. The wing windows can also be popped open to vent. But that is not the only venting, the galley also has a dedicated multispeed fan. The galley also has an independent workstation drain so any mess in the kitchen can be washed away.
