The Eddie Bauer Edition debuted in 1984 on the full-size Bronco, then appeared on the Bronco II in 1985 it symbolized Fords outdoorsy partnership with the Eddie Bauer brand. Bronco II bridged the gap between the full-size Bronco and the later Explorer; Fords ads called it The Tough Little 4×4 Thats Big on Adventure.
